Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to membership payments made to DESH Trust. By applying for or obtaining membership with the organization, members agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Fees

All membership fees paid to DESH Trust are intended to support the activities, programs, and operational work of the organization. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the registration process has been completed.

2. Cancellation of Membership

Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by submitting a written request to the organization through the official contact channels. However, cancellation of membership does not automatically entitle the member to a refund of the membership fee already paid.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the member
  • Technical error during the payment process
  • Payment deducted but membership not processed

In such cases, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved by DESH Trust, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. The processing time may take 7–15 working days depending on the payment provider or banking system.

5. Right to Review Requests

DESH Trust reserves the right to review and approve or decline refund requests based on the circumstances and organizational policies.

6. Changes to This Policy

The organization reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website.
